Guardian of Childhood is a youth-led nonprofit working to advance children's rights and create safer environments where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.

About The Role
We are seeking
two passionate and motivated volunteer leaders
to serve as the
Head of Campus Ambassador Program
.



This is a leadership prospect for individuals who enjoy building communities, mentoring young leaders, and managing programs that create meaningful social impact.

As a Head of the Campus Ambassador Program, you will oversee the development and growth of our international Campus Ambassador initiative. You will work closely with the Human Resources team and organizational leadership to recruit, onboard, support, and engage campus ambassadors from universities and colleges around the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Campus Ambassador Program.
- Develop strategies to recruit ambassadors from universities and colleges.
- Supervise and mentor Campus Ambassadors.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Monitor ambassador engagement and activity.
- Organize virtual meetings and community events.
