We are looking for an experienced
HR Project Executive
with expertise in
HR Operations, HR Data Management, HRIS applications, and stakeholder management
to support employee data initiatives and process improvement projects.

Key Skills Required

✅ HR Operations / HR Shared Services

✅ HRIS / HCM Applications (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, etc.)

✅ Employee Data Management & Data Quality

✅ UAT/SIT Testing & Defect Management

✅ Stakeholder Management & Communication

✅ Project Coordination & Process Improvement

✅ Advanced Excel (Data Validation, Reconciliation, Pivot Tables)

✅ SOP Documentation & Reporting

✅ Jira / ServiceNow exposure is an added advantage

✅ Basic understanding of Automation & AI concepts

Roles & Responsibilities

? Manage end-to-end execution of HR data and HR operations projects.

? Coordinate with HR Operations, HR Technology teams,



and business stakeholders to drive project delivery.

? Plan and execute UAT/SIT testing, create test scenarios, track defects, and ensure timely closure.

? Perform employee data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.

? Identify process gaps, improve workflows, and support automation initiatives.

? Maintain project documentation, SOPs, test evidence, and operational reports.

? Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

? Support system migrations, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

✨ 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Support, HR Shared Services, or HR Data Management.

✨ Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

✨ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
