Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote Founding GTM role. You will take Varyon's go-to-market motion to the next level, owning it end to end and shaping it with real signal from the market.

You will run outbound experiments to reach e-commerce brands, engage directly with leads to understand what resonates, and work side by side with the founder on early deals.



You will also build early content aimed at organic AI discovery, sharpening what earns attention.

This is a role built on speed and iteration: test, learn, and evolve the GTM strategy as you go.

This role has real influence over the product roadmap. What you learn from the market shapes what gets built next.

Qualifications
- Strong instincts for running structured experiments and moving fast: outbound, content, or both, with a bias toward learning quickly and iterating.
- Robust discovery instincts. Genuine curiosity about why a prospect says yes or no, not just whether they do.
- Sharp written communication, since messaging, content, and outbound all get made through writing.
