Role Description
The Pre Sales & Post Sales Technical Consultant will support the full customer lifecycle by providing technical expertise before and after the sale. In this full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, the consultant will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, prepare and deliver technical presentations,



and demonstrate product capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, configuring solutions, responding to technical queries, and providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting during implementation and post-deployment. The consultant will also document solution designs, create user guides or FAQs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales engagement to post-sales support. Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to continuous improvement of products and services will be key aspects of this role.
