We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Management Associate to oversee the administrative and operational aspects of residential fix-and-flip projects across the United States. The role involves coordinating with the U.S. operations team, tracking project progress, managing budgets and invoices, maintaining project records, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
This position is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in project management, real estate operations, and business coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Coordinate with the U.S. project management and construction teams to obtain regular project updates.
Track project milestones from property acquisition through renovation and sale.
Follow up with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Maintain project timelines and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
Budget & Financial Tracking
Assist in preparing and maintaining renovation budgets.
Track project expenses and compare actual costs against approved budgets.
Record and organize invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and payment information.
Prepare periodic budget and cost reports for management.
Material & Vendor Management
Coordinate material procurement based on project requirements.
Track material orders, deliveries, and inventory where applicable.
Liaise with suppliers and the U.S. team to ensure timely availability of construction materials.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation and centralized project records.
Update CRM and project management systems with project status and key information.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
Ensure all project-related documents are organized and easily accessible.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with acquisitions, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
