Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AI & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in workflow automation, scripting, web scraping, API integrations, and AI/LLM technologies. You will build scalable systems that automate repetitive tasks, integrate business applications, and leverage AI to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar tools.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Google Apps Script.
- Build and maintain web scraping and data extraction solutions while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Integrate AI and Large Language Model (LLM) APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude into business applications and workflows.
- Develop machine learning-based solutions for data classification,



prediction, enrichment, and process automation.
- Integrate and synchronize data across CRMs, SaaS applications, databases, spreadsheets, and third-party APIs.
- Design end-to-end automation systems to eliminate manual and repetitive business processes.
- Manage SQL and NoSQL databases that support automated workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems to ensure performance, reliability, and uptime.
- Prepare technical documentation for automation processes, workflows, and system architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in automation, scripting, software development, or related technical roles.
