Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives. • Drive initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staIing needs and fill critical positions promptly.

3. Employee Engagement and Relations
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention. • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair resolutions.

4. Performance management
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate and enhance employee productivity.
- Provide training and support to managers on conducting eIective performance reviews.

5. Compensation and Payroll Management
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries. • Manage employee perks, including health insurance,



leave policies, and other perks

6. Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the nutraceutical industry. • Regularly update and communicate HR policies to reflect changes in legislation or company requirements.

7. Training and Development
- Identify training needs and organize development programs to upskill employees. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

8. HR Data and Analytics
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics for reporting purposes.
- Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.

9. Health and Wellness Initiatives
- Lead wellness programs that align with the companys mission of promoting health and nutrition. • Ensure workplace safety standards are upheld.

10. Leadership Support
