SLS Pre-Sales Senior Consultant

Location: This is a hybrid prospect in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram area.

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused ITAM Pre-sales Senior Consultant to act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, particularly around software licensing, deployment, compliance, and cost optimisation. The role requires designing tailored ITAM solutions, presenting these to clients, and supporting the preparation of RFIs and RFPs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA, NA and India are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigates complex business situations to identify ITAM-related opportunities and challenges; analyzes organisational processes, systems,



and capabilities to determine current state and improvement requirements; facilitates stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define desired outcomes; develop business cases for ITAM investments and initiatives; gain stakeholder consensus on improvement priorities and solutions.
- Provides expert ITAM consultancy by designing asset management strategies aligned to business objectives, defining mission, vision, goals, and success metrics; recommend solutions that optimize value and mitigate risk; develop strategic roadmaps for ITAM capability development; influence strategic technology and vendor decisions; guide clients through ITAM transformation initiatives
- Interact with customers to identify challenges, licensing issues, deployment types, audit risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Work in partnership with the Sales team to qualify leads and align customer requirements with our products and services.
- Create solution plans and choose the best options for each client, including ROI/TCO analysis, business cases, and proposals.
