Odyssey Elevators is looking for a Lead Qualifier to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling quality leads generated by the marketing team, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle qualified leads provided by the marketing team.
- Call potential clients and explain Odyssey Elevators' products and services.
- Understand customer requirements clearly (residential/commercial needs).
- Verify and qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and location.
- Share complete and accurate lead details with the sales team.
- Follow up with clients when required.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Any language other than English and Tamil is an added language.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling is an advantage.
- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
- Willingness to work from office.
