Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering technical products and features that align with our company's strategic vision. This role requires a solid blend of technical expertise, product management acumen, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products, working closely with engineering teams, and understanding intricate system architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical products, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market demands.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories,



and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Work closely with engineering leads and architects to understand technical feasibility, constraints, and dependencies, ensuring solutions are scalable and robust.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews) to ensure efficient development cycles.
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and gather user feedback to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement.
