Role Description
The Marketing Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across online and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, planning campaigns, managing digital and social media presence, and overseeing content and creative briefs.



The Marketing Lead will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to align messaging, optimize customer journeys, and ensure consistent brand positioning. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and proposing data-driven improvements to marketing activities.
