We are looking for an experienced
Marcom Build/Release/DevOps Engineer
to join the Marketing Communications (Marcom) Interactive team. This is a rapid-paced environment where you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing the release pipeline while supporting development and content teams delivering content to one of Apple's most highly trafficked websites.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Build/Release Engineering, CI/CD automation, DevOps practices, and Linux-based environments, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and automate CI/CD workflows using
Declarative and Scripted Jenkins Pipelines
.
- Manage and optimize build, release, and deployment pipelines.
- Administer and maintain source code repositories using
Git
and
SVN
.
- Develop automation scripts using
Python
and
Bash
(Groovy/Go is a plus).
- Support development teams working with
Node.js, JavaScript, Java, and Scala
applications.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot
Apache
and
Nginx
web servers.
- Collaborate with development,
QA, and content teams to ensure smooth application deployments.
- Monitor release processes and resolve build, deployment, and operational issues.
- Implement and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) best practices.
- Ensure application security, including SSL configuration and deployment standards.
- Support application performance, monitoring, scalability, and reliability initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex production and deployment issues under tight deadlines.
- Work closely with cross-functional technical and creative teams.
