Role Description
The Hotel General Manager is a full-time, on-site position based at Cosmopolitan Hotel in Jodhpur. This role oversees daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring smooth functioning and high service standards.



The General Manager is responsible for managing budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance across all departments. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and coaching staff, handling guest feedback and escalations, coordinating with vendors and corporate partners, and optimizing occupancy and average room rates. The role also involves leading sales and marketing initiatives, supporting event and banquet operations, and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with the hotel’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.
