Role Description

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a full-time,
on-site leadership role based in Abroad
, responsible for driving revenue growth across all business lines at Esse India. This role oversees sales, business development, and client acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the immigration consulting market. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing sales processes, setting performance targets, monitoring KPIs, and guiding sales and account management teams to meet revenue objectives. The CRO will collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement strategic plans, expand market presence, and enhance customer experience and retention. The role also involves analyzing market trends, refining pricing and service offerings, and ensuring that operational practices support sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including managing high-performing teams and implementing scalable processes.




- Robust background in Lead Generation and Account Management, with a track record of building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability in Strategic Planning, revenue forecasting, and developing go-to-market strategies within a services-focused organization.
- Experience in consulting, immigration services, or related professional services domains is highly beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in senior commercial or revenue-focused roles, preferably at the director or C-level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across locations.
