Key Responsibilities:
- Perform real-time medical scribing during live patient encounters.
- Document patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, and physician notes accurately.
- Update and maintain patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Required Skills & Competencies

✔ Minimum 1 year of Medical Scribing experience in US Healthcare.
✔ Live Scribing experience is mandatory.
✔ Experience working with Internal Medicine providers is mandatory.
✔ Excellent English communication and listening skills.
✔ Strong understanding of medical terminology,



medications, and clinical workflows.
✔ Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
