We are seeking an Industrial Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for improving production efficiency, conducting time and motion studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM).
• Perform line balancing to optimize production efficiency.
• Analyse production data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor operator performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Train supervisors and operators on standard methods and best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Textile, Apparel, Industrial Engineering
• Positive communication, Analytical and problem-solving skills.
