We’re an ambitious DTC e-commerce brand scaling aggressively across the UK and Germany. We’ve built past 8 figures without a dedicated Creative Strategist—but with Meta’s Andromeda update reshaping the game, it’s finally time to bring in someone who can own our creative direction.

If you know how to turn attention into conversions, break down angles and hooks, and build ads that actually perform, this role is for you.

This is not just a brief-writing job.

This is a strategic role that drives the entire direction of our creative output—concepts, scripts, research, testing, iteration, insights. If you love storytelling, performance ads, UGC structure, and analyzing what truly works, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do
- Own creative strategy across UK & Germany
- Research hooks, angles, and trends using Meta Ads Library, TikTok, YouTube, and competitor analysis




- Build creative concepts and iterate based on real Meta performance data
- Master VSL copywriting, hooks, and story-driven ad frameworks
- Write transparent, actionable creative briefs for editors, designers, and UGC creators
- Manage the creative testing pipeline:

Brainstorm ? Produce ? Test ? Analyze ? Iterate
- Lead and collaborate with a team of video editors
- Work closely with the Media Buyer to analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, and ROAS
- Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, scripting, and testing
- Stay ahead of Meta trends (especially post-Andromeda)
- Organize creatives by angle, format, and funnel stage inside Notion / Google Drive

You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 2+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or DTC/dropshipping
- Understand direct-response psychology and why people click + buy
- Can explain why an ad works—and where the hook or angle comes from
- Are skilled in concept ideation, copywriting, and scripting
- Can manage creative
