Role Description
The Property Manager Bangalore role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs,



supervising housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring properties are guest-ready at all times. The Property Manager will handle guest inquiries and escalations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure service levels align with JadeCaps’ standards. The role includes monitoring property performance, updating inventories and records, supporting dynamic pricing and occupancy goals with local insights, and providing timely reports to central operations and property owners. The Property Manager will also support on-ground implementation of new processes and technologies, and contribute to continuous improvements in guest experience and operational efficiency.
