Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Executive to drive growth for M-Connect, our Industrial IoT (IIoT) and MES platform used by manufacturers for real-time OEE tracking, machine status monitoring, energy monitoring, and production analytics.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative B2B selling and wants to work directly with factory owners, plant heads, and operations leaders across Tamil Nadu's manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect MSME manufacturers as potential M-Connect customers
- Conduct product demos and consultative sales conversations with decision-makers (owners, MDs, plant heads)
- Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, quoting, negotiation, closing
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Build long-term relationships with clients post-sale for renewals/upsells
- Travel within Coimbatore/Chennai region for client visits and demos

Requirements:




- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales; industrial, IoT, automation, or SaaS sales background preferred
- Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (MDs, plant heads)
- Self-motivated with ability to independently manage a sales pipeline
- Two-wheeler/willingness to travel for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; engineering or business background is a plus
