We're looking for an experienced and strategic
Head of Content
to lead Ace Blend's content function. This role requires someone who can build compelling brand narratives, lead a high-performing content team, and create impactful content across every customer touchpoint.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, creative thinker, and team leader with a robust understanding of digital-first brands and consumer psychology. You will own the brand's voice, content strategy, and creative direction while collaborating closely with design, marketing, performance, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Brand Communication
- Own the overall content strategy across the brand.
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Develop communication strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Plan content calendars for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Copywriting
Lead and oversee all forms of content, including:
- Brand storytelling
- Long-form blogs and articles
- Short-form marketing copy
- Website copy
- Landing pages
- Product descriptions
- Email marketing
- CRM communication
- Ad copy (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Packaging copy
- PR and brand communication
- Video and Reel scripts
- Social media captions
- Campaign messaging and taglines
Social Media
Own the content strategy and communication across:
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Other relevant digital platforms
Responsibilities include:
- Social media planning and ideation
- Content pillars and campaign concepts
- Reels and video content strategy
- Audience engagement and community-focused content
- Collaboration with designers and video editors
Creative Direction
- Provide creative direction for campaigns and content.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the brand's visual identity and positioning.
- Guide the creative team on storyte
