Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products/services offered by the company.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in Call Centre workplace or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
