Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant for our FMCG company. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies. Proficiency in Tally software is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers.
Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements.
Preparing statutory data( GST ,TDS & other statutory compliances ) and provide to consultant for return filling.
Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Monitor stock, sales, and purchase entries relevant to FMCG operations.
Generate MIS reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Minimum Graduation in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com or equivalent).
1. Knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory).
2. Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
1. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
1. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
