Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Service, Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes and standards, Serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent customer experience. Suggest and upsell drinks, cocktails, and bar promotions
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Bar Operations, Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, tools, and equipment
- Check inventory levels daily and report shortages to Bar Manager, Assist in stock rotation, storage, and labeling of beverages, Ensure proper handling of cash and POS transactions
- Guest Relations, Engage with guests to ensure a personalized and high-quality service experience. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Promote bar specials, signature drinks, and upcoming events
