Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to meet project deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
- Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
