Overview
SSOE is seeking an accomplished engineering leader to lead and scale our India Engineering organization as a strategic Global Capability Center (GCC) supporting our U.S. business operations.
This role presents a unique prospect to build and lead one of SSOE's key global engineering organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team, managing complex projects, strengthening technical excellence, fostering leadership capability, and establishing India as a trusted extension of SSOE's global delivery model.

Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Quality
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all engineering disciplines within the India office
- Ensure consistent application of engineering standards, design procedures, quality processes, and best practices across all disciplines
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of discipline-specific standards, workflows, templates, and quality management systems
- Facilitate technical reviews, peer reviews, and quality assurance processes for major projects and deliverables
- Promote innovation, digital engineering, BIM, and emerging technologies
Stakeholder Management & Global Collaboration
- Build trusted relationships with Engineering Leaders, Project and Operations Leaders, and Business Unit Leaders across SSOE's U.S. offices.
- Participate in strategic planning and resource alignment discussions with U.S. stakeholders.
