Role Description

The Customer Support Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Bankura, responsible for supporting clients through every stage of their property journey. In this role, the associate responds to customer inquiries, provides accurate information on residential and commercial projects,



and coordinates with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Daily tasks include handling phone and in-person queries, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and guiding clients through documentation and transaction processes. The associate helps resolve issues promptly, gathers customer feedback, and contributes to improving overall customer experience. This position requires consistent presence at the office or project sites to support walk-in clients and scheduled appointments.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing abilities, with skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience.
- Ability to assist in revenue growth and lead conversion using Sales skills and a consultative approach.
