Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Admissions to lead the student admissions process for a reputed CBSE School in Sector 67, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing parent engagement, achieving enrollment targets, and ensuring a seamless admission experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Manage the complete admissions cycle, from inquiry generation to student enrollment.
- Counsel prospective parents and students, addressing their queries and guiding them through the admission process.
- Conduct school tours, admission presentations, and parent interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families.
- Plan and execute admission campaigns, open houses, and promotional events.




- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality admission leads.
- Maintain accurate admission records, reports, and student databases.
- Analyze admission data and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
- Lead, train, and monitor the admissions team to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in school admissions, counseling, or educational sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in CBSE/International/IB schools will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid leadership, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
