Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining job postings, leveraging online platforms and professional networks to attract talent,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The HR Recruiter will also support workforce planning, maintain recruitment data and reports, and collaborate with HR and leadership to continuously improve hiring practices and employer branding. The role requires effective communication with internal stakeholders and candidates, as well as adherence to fair and non-discriminatory hiring standards.
