✅ Hands-on experience in
US IT Recruitment
and the complete recruitment lifecycle

✅ Proven experience in
Bench Sales
(marketing H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants)

✅ Strong knowledge of
W2, C2C, 1099, Full-Time
, and US visa classifications

✅ Experience working with
Direct Clients, MSPs, Tier-1 Vendors, and Implementation Partners

✅ Expertise in sourcing through




Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva
, and other job portals

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
