About the role

Anrak.io is hiring a Growth Manager to work directly with the founding team and cross-functional teams to accelerate the company’s growth through financial analysis, market research, commercial insights, and structured business support.

This is an individual-contributor role for someone who wants real startup exposure at the intersection of finance and growth. Your work will help strengthen visibility into company revenue, commissions, spending, client opportunities, and growth priorities—enabling faster, better-informed decisions.

What you'll do
- Support the founding team with company-related financial tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models for revenue, spending, commissions, and business forecasts.
- Track financial and commercial performance, and present concise insights for decision-making.
- Conduct market,



competitor, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse revenue, client, commission, and spending trends.
- Support predictive analysis, business planning, and growth initiatives.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, research notes, and decision-support documents.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to collect information and keep priority business work organised and on track.

What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience; strong freshers with relevant finance or growth exposure are welcome.
- Solid interest in finance, business growth, startups, and commercial decision-making.
- Good understanding of financial concepts, business metrics, and growth-related finance.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and convert findings into practical insights.
