Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- HR generalist activities
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Attendance, leave, and HR policy coordination
- Employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Generalist)
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
