Key Responsibilities
Provide L2L3 support for Privileged Access Management PAM solutions
Manage privileged accounts password vaults access policies and account onboardingoffboarding
Troubleshoot PAMrelated incidents service requests and access issues
Monitor PAM infrastructure health and perform regular maintenance activities
Work with IAM teams for user provisioning deprovisioning RBAC and access governance
Support MFA SSO privileged session management and credential rotation processes
Ensure compliance with security standards audit requirements and access control policies
Coordinate with application infrastructure and security teams during onboarding and access reviews
Create operational documentation SOPs and knowledge articles
Participate in upgrades migrations patching and platform enhancement activities
MustHave Skills
Handson experience with CyberArk Delinea Thycotic BeyondTrust or similar PAM platforms
Strong knowledge of Identity Access Management concepts RBAC SoD and JML lifecycle
Experience with Active Directory Entra ID Azure AD LDAP and group management
Knowledge of MFA SSO SAMLOAuthOIDC privileged session monitoring and password management
Experience in incidentchangerequest management using ServiceNow
Positive understanding of security and compliance requirements Hi Everyonecurity A Viva Engage Immediatere looking Viva Engage
