Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for legacy ForgeRock components such as AM, IDM, DS, IG, and related IAM services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and outages in Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Monitor ForgeRock services using logging and monitoring tools; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Manage Kubernetes resources including pods, deployments, services, config maps, secrets, and ingress.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, configuration changes, and release deployments related to ForgeRock applications.
- Work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to resolve complex issues.
- Handle patching, upgrades, and maintenance of legacy ForgeRock environments.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, SLO, and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in IAM or middleware/application support roles.




- Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock IAM (AM, IDM, DS, IG) especially legacy versions.
- Solid understanding and operational experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration.
- Knowledge of LDAP, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and authentication/authorization concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting Java-based applications (logs, thread dumps, heap dumps).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
- Basic scripting skills in Shell, Python, or similar.
- Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to Helm, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or Git-based CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices and enterprise IAM architectures.
- ForgeRock certifications (if any).
