Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an English Speaking and Personality Development Trainer and Teacher at Fantastiqo Education Private Limited. The trainer will conduct interactive online sessions focused on spoken English, communication skills, and personality development for learners of various age groups and backgrounds.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lessons, designing engaging activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to help learners build confidence and fluency. The role also involves developing training materials, adapting content to different proficiency levels, and incorporating innovative teaching methods to enhance learner engagement. Collaboration with the academic team to refine curriculum, track outcomes, and continuously improve teaching practices is an integral part of this position.
