What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a clear focus on international markets
- Demonstrated ability to generate and manage MQLs and SQLs across full-funnel programs
- Experience owning GTM planning and end-to-end campaign execution
- Strong grasp of marketing analytics — comfortable working with funnel data and making decisions from it
- Experience working in close alignment with sales and revenue teams
- Hands-on familiarity with marketing tool stacks and AI-driven marketing workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or technology-led B2B environments
- Exposure to multiple international geographies (APAC, EMEA, or Americas)

- Strong B2B Demand Generation / GTM Marketing Profile with international market ownership
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with atleast recent 1+ years in B2B SaaS pertaining to Rewards/Loyalty/Incentives domain

– Must have hands-on experience owning Go To Market planning and end-to-end campaign execution for international market expansion
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have demonstrated ability to generate and manage MQLs (Market Qualifying Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualifying Leads) across full-funnel demand generation programs
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have exposure to international markets (Southeast Asia, Middle East, US, or Europe); India-only market experience will not be considered
- Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience building and running multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline in target geographies
- Mandatory (Tech skill 1) – Must have a robust grasp of marketing analytics, comfortable working with funnel data and making decisions from it
