Role Description
The Food Safety Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for monitoring food handling, preparation, and storage practices to ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable food safety regulations. The associate supports kitchen and service teams in maintaining hygiene protocols, performing regular inspections, and documenting safety checks. Daily tasks include verifying food temperatures, overseeing cleaning and sanitization routines,



checking product labeling and shelf life, and assisting with staff training on safe food practices. The role collaborates closely with culinary and operations leadership to address nonconformities and continuously improve food safety procedures.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food Service to understand and guide safe operational practices.
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations with practical knowledge of hygiene standards and regulatory requirements.
- Effective Communication skills to train team members, share guidelines clearly, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
- Knowledge of basic food safety principles (HACCP, personal hygiene, cross-contamination prevention) and ability to follow checklists and SOPs.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
