Purpose of Role: Join Weir s S4+ transformation programme and become the subject matter expert for the integrated toolchain that underpins one of the company s largest business and technology transformations. You will play a critical role in ensuring tools such as LeanIX, Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, Tricentis, WalkMe and Collibra are configured, connected and governed to enable consistent delivery across global teams and partners. This role offers the opportunity to shape how the programme operates, improve transparency and traceability, and drive best practices across the entire transformation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Toolchain Ownership Governance: Own and govern the integrated S4+ toolchain, ensuring it supports programme delivery, governance requirements and consistent ways of working across all workstreams and delivery partners.
- Traceability Delivery Enablement: Establish end-to-end traceability across business capabilities, processes, requirements, design decisions, testing,



defects, training and readiness activities, providing trusted programme data and audit-ready evidence.
- Partner User Adoption: Drive consistent tooling adoption across Weir, SAP, Deloitte and third-party partners through coaching, enablement, standards and governance, ensuring teams follow agreed delivery practices.
- Continuous Improvement Integration: Enhance the effectiveness of the programme toolchain by improving workflows, automating hand-offs, reducing manual effort and ensuring tooling integrations remain reliable and fit for purpose throughout the transformation lifecycle.
