? Freelance 3D Visualizer • Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion or similar software

• Strong understanding of lighting, materials & detailing

• Ability to create high-quality photorealistic renders

• Strong visualization and presentation skills

? Site Supervisor • 1+ years of site supervision experience

• Strong coordination and execution skills

• Attention to detail and quality

• Ability to manage vendors, contractors & site activities
