Position Branding and Marketing Specialist

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Shift Timings: US Shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM)
Reports To: Business Development Director / VP
Experience Required: 3–6 Years

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our restaurant brands. The role involves digital marketing, local store marketing, events, social media, partnerships, content creation, and brand promotions to increase customer engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing
- Assist in implementing branding strategies across all restaurant brands.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline marketing materials.
- Support current restaurant launches and promotional campaigns.

Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profiles.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing,



and SMS campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Support SEO and online reputation management initiatives.

Local Store Marketing (LSM)
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to increase restaurant footfall.
- Build relationships with nearby businesses, corporate offices, residential communities, hotels, universities, and local organizations.
- Coordinate flyer distribution, promotional activities, sampling campaigns, and local partnerships.
- Support community engagement initiatives.

Events & Promotions
- Assist in planning and executing restaurant events, themed nights, happy hours, food festivals, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and partners for successful event execution.
- Support sponsorships and community events.

Content Creation
- Coordinate the creation of marketing content including:
- Social media posts
- Reels and sh
