5+ Years
- 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in ServiceNow platform delivery.
- Minimum 4 yrs of solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow platforms with excellent communication skills.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, with a focus on Platform AI Search.
- Robust proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Technically hands-on in UI frameworks like Angular, React with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS
- Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
- Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
- Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.




- Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
- Hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow Platform including Scripting, integrations, ACLs, Flow designer, Scheduled jobs or equivalent
- Solid implementation experience in cross-system integrations using REST, Graph QL or related technologies
- Proven expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
- Strong experience in team management, people development, and project governance.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
