Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning- Collaborate with NGO leadership to develop and refine organizational strategies aligned with the mission and vision. Conduct SWOT analysis, identify key priorities, and formulate actionable plans to achieve long-term goals.




- Operational Improvement- Assess current organizational structures, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall efficiency. Interview organization employees and observe what is going on in the organization to understand what kind of changes to employees, equipment, and methods are needed.
- Financial Management- Provide guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations to maximize financial resources and mitigate risks.
