Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure smooth functioning of endpoint devices and related IT services.
This position will be Full-time, Onsite - Bengaluru.
What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops, desktops, and other endpoint devices
- Support current user onboarding and employee offboarding activities, including device provisioning and access management
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs
- Provide technical support to both onsite and remote users across multiple locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Configure and support Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, and other enterprise software
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Support and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and domain-related issues
