Role Description
The Manager Strategic Initiatives is a full-time, role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for identifying, planning, and driving key strategic programs that support organizational growth and operational improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business performance, defining strategic priorities, and translating them into actionable project and program plans. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives. The Manager Strategic Initiatives will also prepare executive-level presentations and reports, manage stakeholder communication, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop clear recommendations.
- Program management experience, including overseeing multiple initiatives,



managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Project management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, with a focus on timelines, quality, and resources.
- Strategic planning capabilities to define objectives, set priorities, and build roadmaps that support long-term business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, presentation, and concise report writing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in consulting, strategy, or business transformation roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, and manage relationships at multiple organizational levels.
