Role Description
The Life Insurance Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak. This role is responsible for driving life insurance sales,



managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving monthly and quarterly business targets. The manager will plan and execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team. Daily activities include working with distribution partners, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in team leadership, including coaching, performance management, and motivation of sales staff.
- Solid knowledge of life insurance
