Role Description
The Educational Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The consultant will guide students through the study abroad process, including assessing academic profiles, recommending suitable countries, universities, and programs, and explaining admission requirements and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions,



responding to inquiries, supporting application and documentation processes, coordinating with internal teams for visa and scholarship guidance, and maintaining accurate student records. The role also involves organizing information sessions, following up with prospective students and families, and ensuring a skilled, transparent, and supportive experience throughout the student journey.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to understand academic pathways and global study options.
- Consulting and Communication skills to conduct effective counseling sessions and clearly explain processes, requirements, and opportunities.
- Customer Service capabilities to manage inquiries, provide timely support, and maintain positive relationships with students and families.
