Designation - Technical Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing technical candidates while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical C2H requirements.

• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill expectations.

• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, and communication skills.

• Conduct initial discussions with candidates and assess suitability for open positions.

• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.





• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.

• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably C2H/contract hiring.

• Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring processes.

• Experience hiring for technologies like Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Frontend, Backend, etc.

• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, and other job portals.

• Good knowledge of IT recruitment lifecycle and market trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
