3D Visualizer
who understands that a great render is not just a picture—it is a technical blueprint for construction.

The Role
You will be the bridge between our architectural intent and final client realization. We are not looking for generalists; we need a technical artist who treats SketchUp models with architectural accuracy and uses V-Ray to achieve world-class photorealism.

Core Responsibilities
- Precision Modeling:
Create highly detailed, dimensionally accurate 3D models in SketchUp based on technical AutoCAD drawings.
- Photorealistic Rendering:
Masterful use of V-Ray to set up advanced lighting, complex material finishes (wood, marble, fabric, metal), and professional camera compositions.
- Technical Integrity:
Ensuring 3D models are optimized for both high-end presentation and build feasibility.
- Iterative Refinement:
Collaborating with our design team to refine lighting, mood,



and material palettes to meet our firm’s luxury aesthetic standards.

Mandatory Requirements
- Expert Proficiency:
Advanced mastery of
SketchUp Pro
and
V-Ray for SketchUp
.
- Portfolio:
A portfolio demonstrating high-end interior projects with a focus on photorealistic lighting and detailed material textures.
- Technical Aptitude:
Ability to translate complex floor plans, ceiling layouts, and electrical plans into clean, error-free 3D geometry.
- Eye for Detail:
Exceptional understanding of composition, scale, and interior styling.
