Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial
- Exploiting usage of available Technology and Resources to maximum level to optimize SAP Application Management expenses.

2. Operational
- Design, develop, codify and testing of programs in coordination with SAP AMS partner for SAP modules mainly HCM, MM, FICO) and functions using ABAP programming language, ALE / ED / IDOC interfaces, BAPI, BADI, Smart forms, Module pool programming, SAP scripts, Adobe forms, BDC etc.
- Interface with functional teams to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures with information technology and to identify customer solutions.
- Project management for SAP activities.
- Preparation of comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including but not limited to specifications, test conditions, test plans, and test data.




- Manage and track daily activities
- Support Functional team in raising OSS notes to resolve problems in consultation with SAP
- Support Portal related issues
- Supporting Employee Self Service-related applications.

3. Customer
- Rendering service in the target time as per the business requirement to satisfy business needs and expectation

4. People
- Managing team to attain desired goal or be a part of team with remarkable contribution
