Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Legal professional to manage and support legal functions related to revenue matters, real estate transactions, litigation management, and legal due diligence. The ideal candidate should possess robust legal knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple legal responsibilities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Revenue Matters
- Handle and coordinate matters related to revenue laws, land records, mutation, conversion, and related regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with revenue authorities and government departments for obtaining approvals, permissions, and clearances.
- Review and verify revenue records, title documents, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor changes in applicable revenue laws and regulations.

Real Estate
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet legal agreements related to property transactions, including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, conveyance deeds, and other property-related documents.




- Manage end-to-end legal aspects of real estate acquisitions, leasing, and transactions.
- Conduct title verification and property document scrutiny.
- Coordinate with external counsel, consultants, and government authorities on real estate matters.

Litigation Management
- Manage civil, criminal, consumer, labor, and other legal cases involving the organization.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants for litigation matters.
- Prepare case briefs, legal notices, replies, petitions, and supporting documentation.
- Track litigation status and maintain legal records and documentation.
- Attend hearings and support case management activities where required.

Legal Due Diligence
- Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisition, business transactions, partnerships, and other projects.
- Review and assess legal risks associated with transactions and provide recommendations
