(Senior) Specialist, Instructional Design Talent Management
ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The (Senior) Specialist, Instructional Design Talent Management supports the development of SES’s global talent strategy by designing engaging, scalable, and impactful resources for talent management initiatives across the organization. Solid experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, digital learning technologies, and content development is essential to creating materials aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Partnering with local and global stakeholders, this role focuses on the design, development and maintenance of learning materials, toolkits, guides, presentations, and digital content. These resources will support employee development, leadership capability, performance management, skill development, and engagement initiatives across SES.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Learning Content Design & Resource Creation




• Design and develop engaging learning resources and materials that support Talent Management and Engagement initiatives across SES.
• Create visually compelling presentations, facilitator guides, learner materials, job aids, toolkits, infographics, surveys, digital assets and branded communications.
• Build digital learning materials across multiple formats including eLearning modules, vid-eos, microlearning, SharePoint / intranet content, and interactive resources.
• Support with creation and maintenance of intranet pages, digital learning libraries, and Talent Management resource repositories.
• Update existing learning resources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
2. Instructional Design & Learning Experience
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
• Recommend instructional approaches and content strategies aligned to learner needs and business objectives.
